Our Philosophy
Pines Early Learning operates an Education and Care Service which is approved under the National Quality Framework.
Our educators offer unconditional support and guidance to all children and families based on the Practice Principles of the Early Years Learning Framework and Victorian Early Years Learning and Development Framework.
We celebrate the central role of parents and families in the child’s learning and welcome their input into our program.

-
We pride ourselves on creating a sense of belonging for all children, families and staff, where diverse identities, backgrounds, experiences, skills and interests are respected, valued and given opportunities to be expressed and developed.
-
At Pines Early Learning teamwork is a top priority, our educators are committed to working together to support each other. We use reflective practice and professional development to ensure the highest quality of care and education is maintained and meets the National Quality Standards.

Child Safe Commitment Statement
Pines Early Learning has a commitment to creating a child safe culture and maintaining a child safe and child friendly environment. The following statement acknowledges Pines Early Learning’s commitment to child safety.
All children who come to Pines Early Learning have a right to be safe and feel safe. The welfare of children and young people is our priority and we are committed to the safety and wellbeing of all children. We create a child-safe and child-friendly environment where all children are valued and heard, are safe and protected.
-
Immunisation
Early Learning Services are required to check that children enrolled are up to date with the mandatory immunisations.
Families are required to provide a copy of their child’s Immunisation History Statement from the Australian Immunisation Register (AIR) or your MyGov account, twice a year. Children will not be able to commence until this is provided.
Following enrolment, services must take reasonable steps twice yearly to review the Immunisation records and ensure children attending are up to date with the Immunisation schedule.
